We'd like to take a minute to get you up to speed on the latest news:

F-Response 3.09.05 Released

We are very pleased to annouce the release of F-Response 3.09.05 (Field Kit, Consultant, and Enterprise). This new release encompasses mainly updates to improve capability and functionality under Windows Vista, 2008, and Windows 7

• F-Response 3.09.05 now has achieved Microsoft Logo "Compatible with Windows 7" status for both the 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows 7.
• The Enterprise and Consultant editions now have specialized modifications to prevent and address the "unable to logoff" issue Vista, Windows 2008, and Windows 7 present.
• Additional platform support - F-Response Consultant and Enterprise edition now provides platform support for HP_UX11iv2,v3 on Itanium, and FreeBSD 7 on Intel/i386.
• Initial Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy (VSS) mounted Volume support, F-Response (all Versions) will now see mounted VSS Volumes (drive letters) and provide access to them.

F-Response Training and Demo Video

Brett Shavers (e3Discovery) was kind of enough to provide a 30 minute overview of using F-Response and X-Ways Forensics today via GoToMeeting. For those who couldn't make it, we've included a link to the video on our F-Response Videos page, as soon as it's done being converted it will be visible there.

Next up? Jon Evans (QinetiQ) has offered to provide a 30 minute overview of using the new Volatility Framework for Live Memory analysis with F-Response. We don't have a time yet, but be sure to subscribe to the RSS feed and watch the Founder's Blog for more information.
